Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the name given to the use of essential oils extracted from plants for therapeutic purposes.
Essential oils are unique, aromatic chemicals which form ‘essence’ of the plant and contain the concentrated power of its life force.
Essential oils have the power to penetrate your blood stream whilst their aromas have the ability to reach the brain, touching your mood and your emotions. They have many and varied therapeutic properties that can cause very real results.
Real, traditional aromatherapy massage, pioneered in France and brought to the UK in the 1960s, uses carefully applied spinal pressures to target the nervous system and stimulate nerve cell activity.
Each spinal nerve supplies life energy to all tissues, glands and organs in the body. The stimulation of these nerves acts to re balance the systems of the body affected by physical or mental stress.
