Richie has been a professional footballer for the past 14 years and currently plays for Stockport County F.C. During his career he has played for clubs including Coventry City, Rotherham, Sheffield Wednesday, Mk dons and Liverpool FC.
During these years Richie developed a keen interest in rehabilitation, sports injuries and sport science which prompted him to study Physiotherapy at Salford University where he successfully graduated with a 1st class honours degree.
Richie is a Director within the prestigious 10 Bridge Physiotherapy Clinic and also works for Liverpool F.C Academy as a part time physiotherapist. Richie is currently undertaking a MSc in Football Rehabilitation and is due to graduate in Summer 2011.
